The Frederick city council has already begun preparing for a 4th of July celebration being billed as the largest of its kind in recent history. This event will provide a plethora of activities suitable for all ages, and a large turnout is expected.
Simply known as Frederick's 4th, this festival is set to correlate with many of the other events happening throughout the country intended to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. Those who will be attending can enjoy many unique amenities. Some examples include live music, food vendors, kiosks selling retail products, and a bouncy house for children.
However, the highlight of the day will be the fireworks display set to begin once the sun goes down. These pyrotechnics will be launched from Parkway Elementary School, and they can best be viewed from within nearby Baker Park.
Annual events already known to attract a wide audience will normally use marketing strategies that have proven their effectiveness in the past. Professional banner printing, handing out informative Flyers, and asking volunteers to distribute Brochures are all possible techniques.
Frederick's 4th is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 4th. Festivities begin at 12 PM, and conclude after dusk once the fireworks have ended. All events will be held along Carroll Parkway throughout Downtown Frederick. There is no charge to attend, and no tickets are needed.
