Engaged couples ready to get a head start with wedding planning in Frederick are in luck, as a bridal swap and show is coming to town.
The Something Old, Something New Bridal Swap Meet is making its annual return to Frederick next month, allowing the area’s engaged couples to support sustainability on their journey to plan an unforgettable wedding day together. The event will feature several local vendors, along with allowing recently married couples to swap or donate decor from their recent weddings.
The event is in its third year, and brides-to-be will have a chance to use the event to access deals on gently-used wedding decorations, discover and purchase one-of-a-kind items and pieces, and meet the most talented wedding vendors in Maryland. Business Cards and Promotional Products are powerful resources when used by vendors to connect with attendees at such events.
Couples who make a donation upon arriving at the meet will be entered into a raffle for the opportunity to win prizes. The Frederick Flower Company will also be on hand for a bouquet-making course, with participants taking home the bouquet they make. Spots at the event are limited.
Steinhardt Brewing Company in Frederick will host the wedding-planning event on Saturday, February 1, from noon to 4:30 PM. Registration is free online, and the bouquet-making course is $35 per person.
