Annual festival returns to Columbia
The annual Wine in the Woods festival will return to Symphony Woods in Columbia this May.
The event will bring together Maryland’s top wineries, breweries, and food vendors for two days. Recognized as a premier wine festival, the event will offer tastings, live music, and artisan shopping.
Attendees can sample wines from across the state, with taster tickets including limitless tastings and a keepsake glass. Premium tickets will provide access to an exclusive area featuring curated wines, a larger glass, and private seating. Guests who prefer not to drink can purchase non-taster tickets, which include complimentary soft drinks. Craft breweries will also be present, offering additional beverage options.
More than 30 artisans and crafters will display their work on the event grounds. Over 20 caterers and restaurants will serve an assortment of dishes. Live performances will take place across multiple stages, with six bands scheduled per day.
Festival organizers have emphasized accessibility with ADA-compliant pathways and designated accessible parking. Entry is allowed with advance tickets or same-day purchases.
Ticket prices range from $30 to $85, with advance purchase discounts available. Poster printing may be used by organizers to advertise events such as this one.
