Workshop for theater actors to be hosted near Beltsville

The Improv-For-Everyone workshop is set to occur near Beltsville next month.

Precipice Improv Theater designed this event as well as other related workshops and classes for both writers and actors involved with theater. In the past, Precipice Improv Theater has hosted its workshops in person for participants to learn from teachers and practice with fellow students.

The weekly Improv-For-Everyone workshops that will take place throughout next month will instead be held as one and a half hour online events. Any Beltsville locals, whether beginners or experienced actors, are welcome to register for the educational workshop. The organizers of virtual workshops often make the most of poster printing to display full-color advertisements that notify passers-by as to event dates and details.

Those who take part in Improv-For-Everyone will learn how to improve their acting skills, keep matters fun and lighthearted, develop presentation skills, communicate more effectively, and bring out their innate creativity. Participants will learn and develop these skills through a variety of exercises and games.

Admission to this virtual event is free. Participants can register online to receive the link to the workshop by email prior to its start.

This weekly event is scheduled to take place as an online Bethesda workshop on every Sunday throughout December from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm on each day.
