A Story Telling 101 Course will be taking place in a local city this September.
This interactive 7-week program is designed to help individuals connect with their audience through confidence, humor, authenticity, and depth. Participants will benefit from 10 hours of classroom interaction with fellow students, one-on-one Zoom coaching, feedback on recorded stories between classes, and a digital showcase event for family and friends.
Attendees will gain a solid grasp of narrative format and the ability to create a compelling story arc. They will develop several new story ideas and a polished, performance-ready story to present at the last showcase. The course will also provide opportunities for individuals to form new friendships and connections within a creative society.
The instructors for the course are Dr. Antwan Perry and Katy Barrett.
