An event is on the way that should bring a smile to the face of any food lover in the Charm City.
The Baltimore Wing & Chicken Festival will feature more than 20 of the best food trucks and restaurants in the area, who will be on hand to serve 60 or more styles of chicken wings and other fried chicken goodies.
The event features wings that are spiced, sauced, grilled, fried, or given a special twist by the cook. Each wing is $1, but they are not the only items on the menu, as chicken with waffles, chicken sandwiches, and more are available. All food items will be purchased using vouchers.
The only currency that will be used at the festival is Chicken Bucks Vouchers, which will be accepted by the vendors for wings and other food. In addition, beer gardens, beverage stations, and bars will be set up and will be serving soda, water, spirits, ice-cold beers, and more. Visitors with a sweet tooth will find vendors selling many varieties of sugary treats like funnel cakes. Banner printing can provide signage for outdoor events like this.
For eaters with a competitive streak, there are three contests on the agenda; eating hot wings, chugging ranch dressing, and eating French fries. Awards and cash prizes go the winners.
The event is scheduled for November 21, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Power Plant Live. VIP ticket holders will be able to enter at 12.00 pm.
