Southgate Minuteman Press is a family owned and operated full service printing company, specializing in high quality digital and offset printing, graphic design, bindery and finishing services and mail preparation. In addition we offer a full range of display advertising including signage and banners to help advertise your business, tradeshows, and special events. Located just across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, Ohio, we have been serving the Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio areas including Newport, Southgate, Dayton, Bellevue, Ft. Our Staff has over 20 years of combined graphic arts experience. With sales, customer service, graphics, and press backgrounds we offer a unique level of experience to assist from start to finish of your projects. We provide expertise with design, typesetting, business cards, brochures, catalogs, postcards, newsletters, envelopes, letterhead, and carbonless forms. We also offer spiral coil, wire, and comb binding for presentations and booklets.

Do you match color?
Yes, provide a Pantone Number, and we can match it. Digital printing uses four colors, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. Digital printing can only reproduce roughly a third of the available Pantone colors. For an exact match, we may suggest offset printing to produce your job.
How do I get my completed order?
Completed orders can be picked up, delivered, or shipped (shipping may incur additional costs).
How does the proofing process work?
If you order directly with one of our locations, over the phone or in person, a graphic proof will be sent via email for you to approve after an order is confirmed. Once approved, we can begin production. If you order through our online designer, you will be presented an online proof to make a final review before submitting your order.
