A Richmond vineyard that has become a popular events venue will be giving area foodies a special experience when it prepares a wine pairing dinner for next month.
The evening meal will be the second one on Chenault Vineyards summer pairing dinner schedule, and there will be five courses on the menu. Only a limited number of tickets are being sold, and the activity is restricted to those age 21 and up.
The activity has been planned so that it may interest both serious wine lovers and those who just enjoy good food and drinks alike. The opening dish will be prosciutto wrapped melon bites, and salad, lamb, beef tenderloin and a blackberry almond tart will complete the spread. One of the courses will be paired with a surprise new wine release, and tickets for the experience start at $86.97, which includes any applicable taxes and fees.
