A special day is on the way to Richmond, and it will give families a chance to enjoy spending time together while they take part in an assortment of activities.
Lake Reba Park will see the public hop on in for its Easter Eggstravaganza, which will welcome the arrival of spring. It will be on offer at no cost.
Families will be invited to interact with a variety of costumed chargers, and the kids can try their luck in one of the egg hunts. Candy will be distributed, and a crafting station and live entertainment have both been planned. Concession stands will be open, and prize draws have been scheduled. Local community service groups will be on hand at the event. Attendees are asked to leave their pets at home.
Any interested groups can still submit an application to man a community booth up until March 14.
