Santa’s workshop is up at the North Pole near the Canadian province of Nunavut, and yet again this year, he is partnering with its postal service to deliver personalized letters to Richmond’s kids.
The city is running its Santa Letters program for another winter holiday season, where all local children are welcome to be part of the magic. Each child in a family will need to be registered individually, and the correspondence will be postmarked December 13.
All families are encouraged to take part, and if their home does not happen to have a fireplace for the Big Guy in Red, they can use the “magic dust” supplied in their letter to make sure he can find their door. This will be accompanied by a card printed with a special poem.
The fee being charged for the activity is $5. As of the time of writing, its registration link remains active, and anyone with questions has been asked to contact 859-623-8753.
Special events like this can add extra sparkle to the holidays, and many communities have plans in the works for the season. Letters to Santa programs are always popular and Stationery printers can use random Variable Data printing to craft personalized correspondence.
Richmond’s Letters to Santa Program is accepting letters up until Thursday, December 11. A link for this has been included in the web listing prepared for the activity.
