An evening planned for Richmond will give the public a chance be a superhero to some kids in the community who can use a helping hand, and will also offer fun for all its guests.
The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Madison County works throughout the year to stand up and speak for neglected and abused children who are involved in the Family Court system. The organizers explained that its volunteers are vital figures in the children’s lives, and supporting the cause can make a big impact on their life.
The plans for the Superhero Gala include a selection of cocktails and other drinks, and food will also be served to the guests. They can browse and bid on the donated items in the silent auction, and they will be welcome to head to the dance floor so they can show off some of their best moves.
As this occasion will be an elegant affair, the suggested dress is formal. Tickets are reserved for adults only, and the price for a general admission starts at $75. Corporate Gifts and other swag to thank the guests for their support of an event like this can be prepared by a Print shop in the area.
The EKU Center for the Arts will be hosting this funding and awareness raiser on August 10. Guests are welcome to start arriving once the doors open at 7:00 pm.
