The Kentucky Bourbon Jam is set to bring the fun to Richmond this August, and one of its activities has been planned with vehicle buffs in mind.
The city will soon see the 2nd annual Car and Motorcycle Show at 830 Eastern Bypass. There are several different categories, and one of the top prizes is a package including a trip to Florida, a trophy, a bourbon barrel lid, and also a cash award.
The fee to enter a car or motorcycle in the show is $20, and registration will be open for three and a half hours ahead of the show-and-shine. The public is welcome to stop by and view the vehicles, and they can also meet the owners and learn more about their entries. Food will be on offer from the onsite trucks, and everyone can pick up some car-related merchandise in the vendor area.
While this activity will offer the exhibitors, vendors, and public a day of fun, it will also have higher purpose. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a cause that supports first responders.
