There are times when people are privileged enough to be able to be a superhero to a child, and Richmond fundraiser will give the public a way to earn their “cape” while helping some kids in need of support.
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Madison and Clark Counties works within the family court system to advocate for kids who have been neglected or abused. Its members are trained and offer their services on a volunteer basis, and the Superhero Fundraising Gala will help to support its efforts.
The affair, which will be held at the EKU Center for the Arts will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres. A photo booth will be set up, and the guests can enjoy dancing, both live and silent auctions and also a cash bar. All of the proceeds will be used by CASA to help the children it serves, and it will be a semi-formal occasion.
A printing services company will be able to help add the final touches to a themed event like this. It can craft Banners, decor, photo booth backdrops and many other items, and these can all be prepared at price to suit the budget.
The 2nd annual Superhero Gala in support of CASA will be taking place on August 8. Its Facebook event page includes the most current details about the day.
