The 2nd annual Halloween Pug-kin Bash is taking place next month in Lexington. It is a fundraiser for the Bluegrass Pug Rescue.
There will be lots of activities for the entire family and dogs on a leash are also welcome.
There will be food for sale, including baked goods, raffles, and a silent auction. Various vendors will be on hand to sell a variety of dog-related merchandise. In addition, there will be a rummage sale, first aid demonstrations, a treat walk, and a game and tattoo booth.
Visitors and their dogs can also take part in several contests, including the cookie catch, dancing with dogs, and best trick. There will also be a dog costume contest where prizes will be awarded in several categories including best, funniest, and dog/owner lookalike.
No doubt there will also be representatives from dog rescue organizations in the city, including those from Bluegrass Pug Rescue.
This event will likely be widely advertised in the Lexington area using printed materials like Flyers and Posters, which were obtained from local printing companies.
The Halloween Pug-kin Bash will be held at the Kentucky National Guard Armory on October 1 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Admission is $5 or free for children aged 10 and under. To find out more about this event, visit the Bluegrass Pug Rescue’s official website.
