Dolly Parton-themed market makes stop in Lexington

Shoppers and fans of country music will want to make plans to be in Lexington this March, as a local venue will be converted into a unique market.

The DollyWorld Vintage Flea will be bringing a rhinestone-inspired shopping experience to town next month, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in a shopping experience inspired by the music and style of Dolly Parton. Guests can expect to encounter the bright pastel colors, big hair, and welcoming energy for which the star is known while perusing what each vendor has.

The organizers have brought over 50 vendors into the fold, with each being curated to ensure they match the DollyWorld theme and vibes. It will be a collection of the best vintage clothing, handmade jewelry pieces, home decor, and artwork that conjure images from a different era. Vendors can use banner printing and Business Cards to promote their booth and exchange information with shoppers at such markets.

Other features visitors can look forward to include cocktail and wine bars for refreshing drinks, tarot readings, and flash tattoos. Interested parties are encouraged to grab their favorite bedazzled clothing, bring friends, and support local businesses.

The market will be held at Greyline Station in Lexington, and is scheduled for Sunday, March 1, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. General admission from 11:00 AM costs $5 online, while those who want to get an early start at 10:00 AM can pay $10.
