The 19th Annual TCOM Conference is being hosted by the University of Kentucky Center for Innovation in Population Health in collaboration with the Praed Foundation.
The three-day conference will showcase presentations that highlight the application of Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) and its associated tools.
TCOM serves as the foundational framework for organizational tools like CANS, CAT, FAST, ANSA, SSIT, and various other TCOM-related tools. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the management of organizations, systems, and projects dedicated to assisting individuals in making significant positive life changes. Different products can have their own logo designs to make them easier to differentiate.
The Conference Learning Objectives are designed to empower participants with a comprehensive skill set and knowledge base, enriching their professional capabilities in the field of Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM).
Attendees will develop adept communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively with families, individuals, and fellow professionals by establishing a shared and universally understandable language. This skill fosters improved collaboration and cooperation, ultimately enhancing the quality of services provided. Participants will also gain an in-depth understanding of the TCOM framework, discovering how it guides the creation of a shared vision.
This year’s TCOM Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington from October 4 to 6. Students can get tickets for $25 while university staff will get tickets for $342. Regular tickets for all three days are selling for $570.
