Tacos and tequila bring fiesta to Lexington
Mexican food lovers are in for a tasty experience next month, as a tacos and tequila event is setting up shop in Lexington.
Lexington residents seeking an adventure with their taste buds are about to experience the Tacos and Tequila 2024 culinary experience. The event aims to provide a platform for the top restaurants in and around Lexington, Kentucky, with each restaurant sharing its take on taco and tequila cocktail options.
Guests can anticipate several taco vendors, tequila cocktail options, interactive games, and a cash bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The culinary experience is being organized by Bluegrass Greensource, an organization focused on providing environmental resources and information to citizens, local governments, schools, and community groups in the Bluegrass State. Brochure printing effectively allows such organizations to share information in one efficient document.
Local businesses like Whole Foods, Sorella Gelateria, and Traditional Bank will sponsor the event, which will raise funds to support the state's year-round goal of becoming more sustainable. Each attendee will receive three tacos and two tequila cocktails with the price of admission. The event is open to the public and Bluegrass Greensource team members.
The fiesta will be held at Clerestory at Greyline on Friday, September 6th, starting at 5:30 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. General admission tickets cost $50 and can be reserved online.
