An upcoming youth dance is offering a safe and exciting place for Lexington youth to gather and kick off the holidays.
The Kids Winter Sneaker Ball is set to welcome attendees who want to dance and enjoy holiday-themed games with friends, with the official start date around the corner. The gathering, which requests that attendees wear their finest sneakers, is being organized by Lexington resident Alisce Lyvers. Each guest can show off their favorite shoes and make new friends and connections through similar interests.
Interested parties will want to wear comfortable clothing to ensure a great time at the ball, as a DJ will provide the music for the students to dance to. The event is open to students 13 and under. Banner printing is a classic and colorful way to welcome attendees to such an event, while also providing space to show off event sponsors for increased brand recognition.
In addition to providing a venue for dancing and games, the event will offer attendees the opportunity to leave with exciting prizes. Attendance by a parent or legal guardian is required, and parking is free.
The ball will be held at the Dream 51 Gym on Saturday, December 7, with the doors opening at 4:45 PM. Interested parties can purchase general admission tickets online for $10 per person.
