Mexican/SoCal restaurant coming in spring

The Bandido Taqueria Mexicana restaurant is coming to Lexington this spring. The restaurant will be located near the University of Kentucky, serving up Mexican street food from southern California.

The owner, Gerardo Ochoa, says the restaurant menu will have nachos, tacos, burritos and casual fast food. He says the street food is authentic because he is from San Diego. The new restaurant will seat 75 inside and 25 on the patio.

The first Kentucky location was near the University of Louisville, catering for the Louisville basketball and football team. This new Lexington location will be their third one and serves beer, wine, margaritas, and soft drinks.

The restaurant has a choice of 10 different salsas at its salsa bars. Big sellers are street tacos street corn, and fries topped with chili. They have vegetarian options too.

Breakfast burritos contains eggs, a choice of beans, beef, ham, bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, and hash browns. The Chorizo Burrito or Steak and Egg Breakfast Burritos are another popular option.

For non-meat eaters, a veggie burrito contains rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole, and side dishes are nachos, fries, rice and beans.

The new restaurant is scheduled to open in April. It will be located in the Court Center Building on 535 South Upper Street. Printers have graphic design staff that that provide Logo Design for business like this.
