A gold standard gala called The Race for Excellence is being held to raise money in support of Kentucky’s children in need.
The event will be a luxury experience complete with finger food, a silent auction, a dinner, and sparkling drinks. Live entertainment on the night will be delivered by Matt Castle. The emcee for the evening will be Katie Bouchard Wilkinson who is a former Miss Kentucky beauty queen, and Anthony White who is a former football player from the University of Kentucky.
All proceeds from this event will go to The Family Resource and Youth Services Coalition of Kentucky (FRYSCKy) which is a non-profit dedicated to providing educational opportunities to children who are struggling in school because they are financially at risk. Corporate Gifts and donations are always welcomed by non-profits.
FRYSCKy is an organization made up of human services and education professionals. They work together to provide training, support, and legislative advocacy for Family Resource and Youth Service Centers in Kentucky. The coalition’s goal is to develop a network that works to take down the barriers to success that certain children sometimes face.
The event will be held at Kentucky Castle on the outskirts of Lexington on May 5. Tickets are $225-$300 depending whether a VIP ticket is purchased. Guest are advised to wear black-tie attire and take their seatss by 8:00 pm. Guest who come together can be seated together on tables of eight.
