The Salute to Small Business Luncheon is taking place this month in Lexington, presented by Commerce Lexington, Inc.
Eight awards will be handed out to businesses during the afternoon event. In order to be eligible, a business must have been in operation for more than three years, have fewer than 100 employees, and be active members of Commerce Lexington.
Among the honors given out will be the Green Initiative, Minority Business, Legacy (in business for more than 25 years), Nonprofit, and Young Entrepreneur (under the age of 35) awards. There will be a toast to the winners of the awards, together with live entertainment.
In addition to showcasing some member businesses, this will be a networking opportunity for Lexington business leaders. No doubt there will be plenty of time to discuss business and to exchange digital Business Cards.
Organizers of this event sent out printed Invitations and will be providing programs to those who attend. Lexington Print companies are often asked to create and design items such as these for upcoming business events.
