Scarefest 9 is coming to Lexington on the last weekend of next month. It is a convention dedicated to horror, the paranormal, and science fiction.
Some of the best-known names in the genre will be on hand, including Elizabeth Fields, Nic Brown, Chris Sutton, and The Connor Sister. They will be taking part in panel discussions, posing for photographs, and signing autographs.
There will be plenty of other activities taking place during the weekend, including over 70 seminars and workshops, a kids’ costume contest, and a celebrity ghost hunt. There will also be several parties including a VIP party at Manchester Music Hall, a costume ball, and a launch party with giveaways and musical entertainment. The costume ball will have a costume contest with prizes.
Sunday will be Kids Day and will feature special activities such as crafts and child-friendly entertainment.
The cost of tickets ranges from $15 up to $30 for a day, while children between the ages of 11 and 17 are half-price. Passes are available for $50 for Friday and Saturday or $65 for all three days, and there are also VIP choices.
To advertise events such as these, Lexington printing companies will be asked to provide marketing materials like Flyers and Brochures.
