Avid readers will gather in Lexington next month at the Lexington Legendary Book Bash. The event will include much-loved authors, shopping and news from the world of publishing.
Organized by Readers Envy Author Events, the book bash has numerous authors scheduled to be in attendance, including Chad McPherson, Leigh Allen, Ally Cole, Ester Lopez Grubb, Michael Prince and Michelle Wilson. A blogger named Amanda Lindsey PA will also be at the event, in addition to KP Edits and a model named Jessy Jefferson. Author tables are available for $185.00 for the day, and include a table, table cloth, two chairs and lunch will be provided.
Vendors selling Books, reading tablets, gifts and collectibles will also be part of this event. Vendor spaces are $50.00 to rent for the day, with merchants supplying their own table and chairs. Setup on the day of the event will begin at 9:00 AM. Lunch will also be provided to all participating merchants. A signup form is available on the Legendary Book Bash Facebook page.
The event is free for the public to attend. However, VIP tickets may be purchased from the Eventbrite website for $3.00 each. VIP ticketholders will be admitted one hour early, and receive a complimentary swag bag, filled with Promotional Products from the event. There will also be prize packs award throughout the day.
The Lexington Legendary Book Bash will be held on Saturday August 28th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel in Lexington, located at 2601 Richmond Road. The event begins at 11:00 AM, with VIP ticket holders admitted at 10:00 AM.
