Lexington’s finest will be on display next month, as an award show is coming to town to shed light on some of the unsung heroes in the community.
The Lexington Unsung Hero Awards is on the horizon in Lexington, and residents are invited to attend and join the celebrations with the people who make the town the great place it is. Many of the individuals who will be receiving an award work behind the scenes to provide the best experience to residents and visitors. The gathering is being organized by CivLex, a non-profit group focused on civic building through education and media.
Guests will be greeted with a cocktail hour upon arrival at the host venue, providing time for socialization and networking. Business Cards are an ideal resource for expanding a network and meeting new people at such events. Hors d'oeuvres will be available as light snacks to ensure each attendee is comfortable, and a cash bar will be open for refreshing beverages.
The cocktail hour will be followed by the show, which will be capped off with a dessert celebration. Attendees are asked to wear semi-formal clothing to the award show.
The Carrick House will host the celebrations on Sunday, January 25th, from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Interested parties can make reservations online, and tickets cost $75 per attendee.
