There are three events taking place this May in Lexington that will have something to appeal to everyone.
The first event coming up is the MayFest Arts Fair, which will be held at Grate Park and Transylvania University from May 9 to 10. This is a celebration of literature, visual displays, and performing arts. Artisans from all over the region will be applying to take part in this juried event.
The Carnegie Book Fair is the next event, and will be taking place on May 9 at the Carnegie Center. It will feature book signings by Kentucky authors, readings, and live musical entertainment.
The third event is one that is a complete change of pace. The 2nd annual All Tech Craft Brews and Food Fest is set to take place on May 16 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It is set to feature the beers of 50 breweries and more than 10 food vendors. All guests will receive a souvenir tasting glass and drink and food tasting tickets with the price of admission, while VIP guests also receive a T-shirt, a round of golf, and admission to the preview reception held the evening before.
