Cribbage enthusiasts and woodworkers are invited to attend a woodworking course in Olathe next month.
The XL Cribbage Board woodworking event is stopping in Olathe to provide courses on woodworking to help participants create a cribbage board of their own. This course is an opportunity for Olathe residents to learn skills like drilling, cutting, and decorating cribbage boards to build an impressive finished product.
Guests can leave their tools and materials at home, as the host will provide all necessary equipment for the woodworking experience. Participants will be under the guidance of professionals from Rockler Woodworking and Hardware. Rockler’s experts will ensure attendees have the tools, wood, and instruction to create a cribbage board from scratch.
Participants will also be entitled to receive a 15% discount on items purchased from their store on the day of the course. Interested parties should plan for a more extended day of woodworking, as the course is slated to last for three hours. Flyer printing is a method typically used to spread awareness of courses like this.
The course will be held at the Rockler Woodworking and Hardware location in Olathe on Friday, January 12, beginning at 11:00am. The cost of registering for the event is $75, and tickets can be purchased from the course’s online event listing. Interested parties can contact store44@rockler.com for more information.
