The hustle and bustle of the holidays is in full swing in Olathe, and area residents in need of an opportunity to slow down should be feeling fortunate.
The Rest, Reflection, and Renewal Sound Bath is getting ready to welcome guests in Olathe who are looking for a chance to slow down and find rejuvenation in the midst of one of the busiest times of the year. The event is being billed as an effective way to close out the year in a tranquil and healing environment.
Participants will be guided into a state of deep relaxation with a focus on releasing all of the heavy emotional and mental burdens they have picked up over the past year. The goal is to help each person move into the new year with an open heart. Companies can use flyer printing to distribute colorful and informative Flyers around town, building visibility and attracting new customers.
Registered guests are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early to get comfortable and settle in. Mats, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring anything else from home for additional comfort.
The session will be led by Lotus Life LLC and held at 401 South Claiborne Road in Olathe. The doors open at 6:30 PM on Friday, December 12. Registration is $30 online.
