Creative workshop helps Olathe mothers and daughters bond

Mothers looking for opportunities to make memories with their daughters will want to mark their Calendars, as a mother-daughter creative workshop is coming to Olathe.

The Mother and Daughter Creative Workshop is coming to Olathe this October, providing a curated experience that helps mothers bond with their tween-aged daughters. It is a setting for participants to put their mobile devices away and spend quality time being present and working together. The session will allow attendees to create their own customized analog bag.

The tote bag will give attendees the chance to show off their creative skills and make a custom bag that shows off their personality. Patches, buttons, and other decorative pieces will be provided with the cost of enrollment, along with all other necessary supplies. Print shops can provide printed instructional documents to support the learning process for events like this, leading to positive experiences.

Some surprises will also be available for the Bags to add excitement. The event’s instructor will be aided by her 11-year-old daughter to guide participants through the process. Food and drinks will be available from the host venue as well.

BB’s Grill in Olathe has announced that it will host the mother-daughter crafting workshop on Sunday, October 4. It will run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tickets cost $45 per mother-daughter pair.
