Phone repair shop opens in Olathe

Phone Medic, which offers repair service for tablets, smartphones, and computers, and also buys and sells cellphones and phone accessories, has opened a new location in Olathe.

The store, which now occupies space in the Olathe Station Shopping Center, offers a staff of certified technicians who are able to provide high-quality repairs to customers, and is the ninth Phone Medic in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Company CEO Christine Ricci said opening a store in Olathe reflects the philosophy of meeting its customers’ needs, both business consumers and individuals, by expanding is operations into areas the customers find most convenient. Ricci says this helps the company fulfill its promise to keep customers connected to each other. She also notes that Phone Medic offers repairs that are almost always completed in under an hour, and carry a life-time warranty.

Phone Medic is the biggest locally owned and operated company specializing in repairing smartphones, selling wireless phones and their accessories, and buying back cellphones. The company has served almost 35,000 customers over the last two years through its nine local stores, which are located in both Kansas and Missouri.

Growing companies such as Phone Medic can benefit by working with flyer printing companies, which can create handouts for distribution near new locations, listing such information as pricing, specials, sales, and services.
