An envisioning session is to be held in Olathe next week.
The event, titled the Kansas Child Welfare Event, will offer attendees the opportunity to work together to lessen the need for child welfare for the upcoming year. The session will incorporate two well-known local organizations that specialize in providing these services to local families – CareSource and Children’s Alliance.
The affair acts as an opportunity to educate a variety of stakeholders, including the affected families and other contributors throughout the state. There will be an emphasis on the cause of underlying trauma that may affect children and families to and contribute to increasingly unstable family lives. The conclusion of the event should offer attendees the opportunity to identify concrete steps that can be taken to minimize these issues, and further resolve them.
The session will last for seven hours, with networking opportunities and breaks in-between each session, and is free to attend.
Brochure printing can help to offer condensed information to those who are in attendance at events such as this one. It can also provide them with the key takeaways to refer back to from the varying presentations.
This event will take place next Thursday, August 3 at the Ball Event Center at 21350 West 153rd Street, Olathe. It begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.
