MXP Shop in Indianapolis will host the End of Summer Vendor Party and Art Show next month to celebrate local artists and small businesses while enjoying one last hooray of the summer season.
MXP Shop, also called Ms. Franklin Candle Co. & Phiri, is a local candle store with an online retail platform, both of which sell naturally derived and artisan-made soy candles and other wellness and beauty products. The shop will host the End of Summer Party in its parking lot, thereby creating a block party atmosphere.
Attendees will be able to browse various vendors set up in the parking lot as well as enter the MXP Shop and peruse what it has to offer. There will be food and beverage stations also set up for customers to enjoy, including alcoholic beverages and ice cream. The art show will feature different local artists’ work that will be up for sale. Other activities include games, music, dance, and over family-friendly activities.
Block party type events like this will often have a venue decorated with colorful Banners announcing the event. Local Print shops that offer speciality services, such as banner printing, may be helpful to organizers of these events.
The End of Summer event is slated for September 13 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. MXP Shop is located at 7826 North Michigan Road, Indianapolis.
