Racing show ends 2015 in top gear

This year's Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show was a huge success, its producer confirmed at the end of last month.

The PRI is the main trade show for people who are part of the racing aftermarket. The show gives professionals in the racing industry the chance to network with others, as well as seeing the latest parts and manufacturing processes.

According to John Kilroy, who produced the show, each year has drawn more attendees than the year before, and 2015 was one of the most successful shows ever.

The show was held December 10, 11, and 12, and featured more than 1,200 exhibitors and over 3,000 display booths that featured everything from engine parts to small fittings to safety gear. There was also a machinery row and a display of racing cars.

Participants included VMP, ProCharger, Ford Performance, and Strange Engineering. Representatives of the National Mustang Racers Association and the National Muscle Car Association were present to share their latest news.

In addition, there were more than 35 seminars and conferences available to conference attendees, including a preshow Advanced Engine Technology Conference (AETC).

Since the show has only been in Indianapolis for three years and is still building its audience, organizers might work with brochure printers to create a booklet for automotive organizations, describing the event and asking them to attend next year.
