The 2026 Indianapolis Pizza Festival will be held in town to celebrate the state’s pizza scene and crown the best pizza in Indiana.
The festival will be held at the same time as the World Food Championships, which is an annual competition that features both home cooks and professional chefs in battles to see who will win $100,000 and the coveted World Champion title. Attendees can purchase either a single ticket for the pizza festival or a combo ticket that includes the World Food Championship.
Tickets purchased for the pizza festival will provide access to one three-hour tasting session where attendees can sample pizzas from various local Indiana pizzerias. They will also be able to vote for Best Pizza in Indiana. Drinks will also be available for purchase.
There will be two sessions to choose from to break up the crowds, ensure shorter lines, and provide a smoother experience. A portion of the proceeds raised will go towards the charity Indiana Wish.

The Indianapolis Pizza Festival is slated for Saturday, October 17. The first tasting session is from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and the second one is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
