Networking lunch to connect local businesswomen
Indianapolis businesswomen may want to take note that the Network of Women in Business (NOWIB), Northside’s monthly networking lunch event, is coming up in mid-March.
The NOWIB is a professional organization comprising women seeking to connect with other like-minded businesswomen in Indianapolis metro area. The members come from a variety of backgrounds, careers, and ages. To deepen the quality of their business connections and widen their network, these women participate in monthly lunches promoting fellowship and professional growth.
The March networking lunch will take place at Sullivan’s Steakhouse on 3316 East 86th Street. Both current NOWIB members and guests are invited to attend. Guests are encouraged to participate in two NOWIB events to become more familiar with the organization before deciding to join as members.
The lunch will be focused on expanding networks, so organizers encourage attendees to bring plenty of business cards to give out and to share a little introduction about their career field, experience, and education. To prepare for events like this, businesswomen may utilize stationery printers to help create attractive business cards.
