Indianapolis to host symposium for real estate investors
Next month, the Indianapolis Out-of-State Investors Symposium 2022 (Indy Osis 2022) will be held to provide an opportunity for out-of-state investors and local vendors to connect with each other and highlight the best of Indianapolis.
Real estate investment firm Mainstay Property Group will organize the weekend-long symposium, which aims to attract out-of-state investors to the city and show them the available properties in the Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. The event will be a mix of networking, keynote speeches, breakout sessions, and city tours.
Keynote speakers include Anderson Advisors, Goosehead Insurance, Hometown Lenders, Fund that Flip, and others yet to be announced. The breakout sessions will be determined by the attendees themselves, who can suggest ideas when they register. Potential session ideas may include Midwest market analysis, short-term rentals, property taxes, and Q&As.
The event will include all meals, including evening cocktail hour, and all activities, such as the Mainstay Bus Tour. The hosting hotel will be the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.
