Indianapolis restaurant to celebrate Friendsgiving

Next month, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant will host a Friendsgiving event by providing a twist on classic Thanksgiving dishes at its wine club pairing dinner.

Cooper’s Hawk is an upscale restaurant that prides itself on its modern, casual atmosphere, and its passion for excellent wine and fresh, contemporary American dishes. Its wine club is popular with its patrons, providing members with many perks, including frequent wine club pairing dinners complete with multiple-course dinners themed around a different wine, cheese, food, or cultural experience each time.

November’s wine club dinner will be themed around Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving, a time which friends can come together over good food and drinks. Chef Matt McMillin will reinvent traditional Thanksgiving meals to be paired with the restaurant’s own wines. The courses featured include a cranberry sangria greeting drink, honey jalapeño cheddar cornbread, Friendsgiving Potluck with roasted butternut squash soup, turkey burger slider, crisp apple slaw, glazed pork chop, and spiced sticky toffee pudding.

The Cooper’s Hawk Friendsgiving is scheduled for November 17, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant is located at 3815 East 96th Street, Indianapolis. Registration is limited to wine club members, and tickets are $69 on Eventbrite.

Restaurants hosting special events like this often like to create elegant paper menus for guests, which may require the help of stationery printers in their area.
