Indianapolis liquor merchant to hold bourbon expo
Big Red Liquors will host the Big Red Liquors Bourbon Expo & Rare Bourbon Lottery 2022 in Indianapolis next month.
For over 38 years, Big Red Liquors has been the premier merchant for beer, wine, and spirits in South Central Indiana. It boosts over 50 stores across Indiana, and its bourbon expo and lottery is hailed as the largest bourbon event in the state.
At the expo this year, attendees will find over 400 bourbons to peruse, taste, and purchase. The buying price of each bourbon showcased will be at below-market price. Purchasing tickets to the expo will also automatically enroll attendees into a rare bourbon lottery where they will have a chance to win the right to buy some of the world’s most sought-after bourbons, including Pappy Van Winkle. Attendees must be present when the lottery is drawn to win. Ticket proceeds will go towards the charity Family Promise, which helps homeless families.
Expos may include informational materials, such as posters, at vendor and exhibit booths, so such events may bring people to seek out businesses specializing in services such as poster printing.
The bourbon expo is scheduled for July 9 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It will take place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion. Parking is $10. At-the-door tickets are $45, while VIP tickets are $100.
