Indianapolis fundraising dinner to benefit local school
Our Lady of Lourdes in Indianapolis will hold its annual Spring Benefit next month, which is the school’s most important fundraiser of the year.
The fundraiser will be held to benefit the students, teachers, and maintenance of Our Lady of Lourdes, as well as support essential school programs, such as technology, Spanish, art, music, and physical education. The event will also honor parents, friends, and alumni of the school, with the Philip J. Wilhelm Our Living Legacy Award being given out to deserving individuals who exemplify the school’s values and spirit.
The event will be an adults-only catered dinner and dessert event, with babysitting services being offered to parents who wish to attend. There will be an open bar, a live DJ, fun games, and a silent auction of student artwork to participate in. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on items donated by local businesses.
Fundraising events like this may call upon local businesses to donate promotional products and other goodies in exchange for free advertising in the community.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 4th from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm. It will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes’ Lyons Hall (Gym) located at 30 South Downey Avenue. General admission is free, with sponsor spots available for individuals and businesses at various price points.
