Indianapolis festival to showcase Indiana winemakers
Indianapolis will play host to the Vintage Indiana Wine and Food Fest in celebration of local wineries and winemakers.
The largest annual celebration of Indiana wines, the Vintage Indian Wine Fest will also highlight the unique spirit of Indiana winemakers as it gathers Hoosier winemakers from all around the state. There will be approximately 30 wineries featured, with over 300 kinds of wine to sample and purchase. The selection includes award-winning wines, exclusive “Vintage Indiana” wines, and creative wine cocktails. To pair with the wine, there will also be culinary delights by some of the state’s best chefs. Around 15 food trucks will also be set up for hungry guests.
Other entertainment includes character drawing, a photo booth, and music from cover band Living Proof and DJ Kurt Streblow. A number of industry guides and artisans, such as Artistyc Beauty Designs, The Rustique Boutique, and Creative Wandering, will also be present with handmade wares available for purchase.
Banners often feature prominently at festivals like this, especially when they occur outdoors. Organizers of such events can get help printing these banners from local print shops specializing in banner printing.
The wine festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 4, from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. It will take place at Military Park located on 601 West New York Street, Indianapolis. Advanced general admission is $50, and day-of admission is $60
