Annual Indianapolis arts festival set to return

In September, the 54th Annual Penrod Arts Fair will be hosted by The Penrod Society and Somerset CPAs and Advisors.

Founded in 1967, The Penrod Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Indianapolis artistic, educational, and cultural institutions. Somerset CPAs and Advisors is a financial consulting firm with a focus on giving back to the local communities. Together, they will host the Penrod Arts Fair, which is expected to showcase hundreds of Indianapolis artists and raise proceeds that will go towards grants for arts and community organizations.

The event continues to be among the largest arts fairs taking place over one day in the US. This year, the event will feature over 300 artists organized into four main artist areas. There will also be over 50 arts-related booths representing various non-profit groups in the community. Food and beverages, including a beer garden serving local craft brews, will be available. Some other activities include the children’s area, and multiple entertainment stages playing live music.

The Penrod Arts Fair is slated for Saturday, September 11, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will take place on the campus of Newfields at 4000 Michigan Road, Indianapolis. Tickets range from $10 to $15 on Eventbrite.

Fairs like this one often use flyer printing as an easy and effective method of advertising.
