Despite its name, tonight’s ‘ComedySportz Improv’ is not comedy about sports, but is an interactive, fast-paced, totally improvised comedy showcase played in sport style.
This production is appropriate for all ages and is good, clean fun, so organizers might have been tempted to attract families to the fast-paced improvisation with the help of a local Print company and its poster printing services.
Guests will see an action-packed comedy that consist of two teams of players going against each other, head-to-head, to score points and make the audience roll in their seats with laughter. A referee is on hand to ensure that all the matches between the teams are clean and suited to all ages.
This entire show is about improvisation and there will be no scripting. The audience is allowed to offer suggestions and is requested to do so, as long as they are clean and suitable for all audiences. Indeed, those who come up with an inappropriate suggestion are warned that they will have to wear a brown bag over their head as a penalty. A light-hearted event, it is sure to tickle one or two funny bones in the area.
