Boise community run to help kids

Boise will soon welcome runners and community members to A Run to InspireKidz at Cynthia Mann Elementary School.

Hosted by InspireKidz, a non-profit that ensures children have access to sports and recreation, the annual in-person and virtual running event will raise funds towards its mission. The event’s message – “Every lap. Every mile. Every kid matters.” – reflects its focus on removing financial barriers so more kids can experience the confidence that come from being active.

Participants can register for the in-person loop course or the virtual option and choose how far they want to run. In-person runners will have two hours to complete as many laps as they wish around the school grounds, while virtual participants can run any distance on a trail or a treadmill. They can decide whether they want to challenge themselves to run for the full two hours or just part of it. Registration fees are $40 for adults, $20 for kids, and $25 for the virtual option, with 100% of proceeds going directly to InspireKidz programs.

Community runs such as this may rely on Print shops to produce race bibs, signage, and promotional materials that share event information and encourage team participation.

A Run to InspireKidz will take place on Saturday, November 14, starting at 10:00 AM at Cynthia Mann Elementary School, 5401 W Castle Dr, Boise. More information and registration details are available on the official event page.
