Boise yoga session to feature some special guests

A Boise event that combines yoga with some four-legged, furry fun is set to return for another year, and everyone is invited to attend Lively Balance Urban Farm and Retreat Center to enjoy the session.

KayKay, Henry, Spices, Captain, Oak, Star, and Daphne are the seven pygmy goats that will be on hand to interact with the group as they go through their poses, and they will even be joined by some of the farm’s chickens. Herbal tea will be served prior to the start of the event, and when it is over, the guests will be welcome to spent some time feeding and interacting with the goats and other farm animals.

The organizers noted that the session can accommodate all levels of ability, but some yoga experience can be helpful. Ticket holders are asked to bring along their own yoga mat, and if they have their phone with them, they can take advantage of some of the photo ops that will be available both before and afterwards. Leaflets that promote an activity like this to the local area can be designed by a professional flyer printing shop.

This opening to another year of goat yoga down on the farm is scheduled for April 27. The venue can be found at 10400 Meadow Lark Drive, and the registration fee is $18 per person.
