Residents of Boise who are interested in leading a healthier lifestyle may wish to mark an upcoming event on their Calendars.
The Idaho Health and Fitness Fair will give those who come out an opportunity to learn more about a wide assortment of health-related topics, ranging from nutrition to exercise and physical fitness, dental care, medical care, and beauty. Dentists, doctors, and other professionals in the healthcare field will be on hand to answer questions and share tips for healthy living, and flu shots will be available for those who would like to receive one.

The 24th annual Idaho Health and Fitness Fair will take place at Expo Idaho, which is located in Garden City at 5610 North Glenwood Street.
