Boise plans concert by candlelight

Boise live music fans have been offered the opportunity to enjoy an evening of ‘80s tunes by candlelight, in what is billed as being a multi-sensory experience.

The concert, which will be held at First Presbyterian Church Boise, will see live musicians perform for the audience in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, lit by the gentle glow of candles. The doors will open 45 minutes ahead of its start time, and the program of tunes runs for 90 minutes.

The performance, which is for those age eight and up, will feature some well-loved rock anthems from the 1980s. Tunes popularized by The Police, U2, Pink Floyd, Toto, and other famous singers and bands are all on the program. Those under 16 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult, and the venue is compliant with ADA accessibility requirements. Seating spots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and the music will be supplied by the Listeso String Quartet.

When preparing for a play, concert, or other performance, organizers may be in the market for programs and other printing services. These can be sourced from a local brochure printing company.

This evening of ‘80s music by candlelight is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm on Friday, September 20. Everyone is asked to arrive on time, as late entries will not be permitted.
