Locally sourced food will be taking pride of place on the menu that has been prepared for an upcoming Boise event.
The 2018 Harvest Moon Dinner will include five course and will be served to the seated guests. Some of the city’s most creative chefs will be preparing the food, and each of the courses will include a wine pairing that will showcase one of the wines produced in the state.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to help meet the expenses of the Boise Farmers Mobile Market and the Sprouts Kids Club. Along with the locally sourced food, guests will be able to enjoy bidding for items in the silent auction, and those who would like to spend the night can choose to take advantage of a special room rate being offered by The Inn at 500 Capitol, which is where the function is being held.
At least three area chefs have already been engaged to prepare dishes for the fundraiser, and more will be added to the list as the date approaches. Stationery printers can supply printed Menus, table cards, VIP Invitations, and other items for an occasion like this.
The 2018 Harvest Moon Dinner will be held on September 8 on the second floor of 500 South Capitol Boulevard in Boise. Tickets start at $150 each.
