A unique paint night fundraiser is set to be held at Zoo Boise, and this adults-only activity will invite some special painters to the easel.
Penguins will be the guests of honor for an evening planned for Zoo Boise. Tickets for the function are $100 each, and the proceeds will be used to help care for the animals that call the facility home.
Each ticket holder for the occasion will enjoy wine, cheese, and other light nibbles while they prepare the background for their piece. While they work, they will be treated to a talk about these flightless birds and tour of their living space. After this, the penguins will take over, adding their own unique touches to each work of art, which the ticket holders will get to keep and hang in their own home or workplace.
