Home chefs, amateur mixologists, and anyone else who would like to learn how to grow and harvest fresh herbs on their own may want to reserve their space now in a class that will be offered in Boise.
For one August evening, Petite 4 will be the location for an in-person class offered by Gold Feather Gardens. It will be held outdoors if the weather cooperates, and everyone will receive gloves to use and a drink to sip while they work.
During the activity, Jamie Brennan, who is the founder of Gold Feather Gardens, will share his expertise when it comes to growing culinary herbs. The participants will each make their own tabletop herb planter to take home, and the principles and techniques they will learn can then be used with other plants. The class fee of $60 includes the materials needed, as well as drinks and snacks.
To help them give their new mini garden plenty of care, each attendee will go home with printed tip sheets and other materials. Items like these can be prepared by Print shops that supply custom Stationery printing services.
This easy introduction to the art of herb cultivation will be on offer on August 17. It will be held at 4 North Latah Street in Boise.
