Marietta studio to host free lesson

A venue in Marietta will be holding a free class in early June. This will be an upbeat and exciting workout for all attendees.

Zumba is a style of exercise that incorporates dance and Latin/other international music, creating a fun activity. The workout also helps improve a participant’s cardiovascular health, due to the implementation of both slow and fast beats, known as interval training.

The Avenue West Cobb is the venue for the lesson. Those who participate in the class, running from suite 380, will have access to special discounts from a few of the retailers within the complex. Ingrid, the instructor for the event, encourages everyone to bring along water and a buddy. Those who have not attended the class any time previously will be given a bag with Promotional Products and gifts. Raffles are also held at the end of the event for unique prizes.

While the venue permits for dogs to be brought through the site, none are allowed to be left without their owners, and must be on a carrier or a leash. Animals being kept in their owner’s vehicle is also not allowed. If necessary, officials reserve the right to alter rules surrounding pets, as well as asking someone to remove their dog.

This class will run from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the date set for Monday, June 6.
