Annual music celebration to return in Marietta

A yearly display of music will pop back up in Marietta in early September.

The Georgia Country Music Fest is a three-day party by Southern Entertainment in which fans come together to witness performances by more than 30 artists in the popular genre. With two stages, there are opportunities to see both established and smaller acts.

The event has camping slots available. There are no connections freely available, however, both fresh water and sewer flushing services will be sold by an onsite vendor. Only regular RVs will be allowed at the site. Security will be provided at all times; the cost is $330.

A few of the performers taking to the pair of stages are Ashley McBryde, American Aquarium, Logan Pressley, Jamestown Revival, Kat Hasty, and Cody Jinks.

The festival is taking a cashless approach, instead using wristbands to pay for any purchases from vendors. Registration for these is available on the event website, along with ticket options and camping/VIP parking access.

Entry to the celebration comes in one, two, and three day options. General Admission is $79 for one day, $119 for two, and $159 for three. Main Stage VIP is $129, $189, and $259. Super VIP costs $199, $339, and $499. VIP parking is $149.

The venue is Jim R. Miller Park. Day one is open from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, while the following two days will open up at 2:00pm. Festivals will often have signage with their Logo Design around the venue. The event will be between September 1st and 3rd.
